Late check out policy:
- Late check-out on the same day will be charged half day.
- Personal expenses must be paid on the day prior to check-out.
- Early check-out will not be refunded.

Policy on children staying with parents:
- Free of charge for children up to 5 years old (one per room).
- 30% of the room rates will be charged for children up to 11 years of age.
- Please let us know if this is your case, so that we can manually change the room rate.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made until 31 days before the check-in date will be refunded 90 % of the price paid on booking.
- Cancellations made until 21 to 30 days before the check-in date will be refunded 80 % of the price paid on booking.
- Cancellations made until 20 days before the check-in date will not be refunded. The amount paid may be retained as a credit for future use within a one year time period.
- Cancellations will not be accepted at check-in day.
- No-show or late check-in will not be refunded.

Payment forms:
MasterCard, 30% deposit required on booking, paid by Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Form or PayPal. Balance payable at check-in, paid by Visa, Amex, Cash.
